Quilters, get out your calendars
and your check books. It’s time to register for the KAQG Fall Retreat 2008.
The dates: September
26-28, 2008
The place: Camp Allen, Navasota,
Texas. (Approximately a 75 minute drive from the north Houston area.)
Please note this is a new venue, which in turn means a new price.
The cost per ‘retreater’ will be $170. This includes two nights lodging in hotel style rooms, and 6 meals beginning Friday evening and finishing
with lunch on Sunday.
For our activities we have
the use of a large conference room. The only downside to this venue is that at this time, we have only 18 spots available,
as each room sleeps only 2. This may change in the next few months as other rooms
are freed up from other groups. What this means, is that we will sign up the
first 18 and then the wait list begins.
We are very excited about this retreat and are busy making plans to make it a fabulous weekend for
each of you!
